My current favorite parser for The Secret World is Advanced Combat Tracker. ACT has been around since EQ so the functionality is outstanding, and it is usually the most accurate.
ACT is a standalone program that reads the log files generated by The Secret World.

Advanced Options and Troubleshooting
You will need to use the /logcombat on command every time you launch the game.
If it appears to lock up or stop parsing (often after you are disconnected for being idle to long), type /logcombat off, then /logcombat on to get it going again.
You can enable Selective Parsing so that only you, or only your friends show up in your parser. Do this by going to Options > Selective Parsing. Click "Show only listed combatants..." and type in the player names of those you want to parse, clicking "Add" after each one.
