Aye, for grinding quests some version of the 51 HB paired with 8-9 Chloro for some heals along with 6-7 SC for instant Forked Lightnings have looked like one of the better choices since the first day...

Hehe, that very much depends what you're going to use them for ;)

I.e. having both is always best, why it's recommendable to run both a Chloro, Archon, AoE and ST dps spec. I'm even running both...
