51 Pyromancer Build (PvE and PvP)
This a a good lazy spec with great burst damage. I use it both in PvE (dungeon crawling and raid rifts) and PvP.
Use the Blighted Pyromancer Crystal with this build.
51 Pyromancer\10 Warlock\5 Elementalist - the 10 Warlock is for faster charge buildup (which you need for Fulminate and Internalize Charge, see below) and the Opportunity proc. The 5 points in Elementalist that grant 5% crit (which is a direct percentage of crit on top of your base and gear crit percentage) can be substituted into 5 points of Archon for an addtional 5% fire damage and the Pillaging Stone buff. However, I personally enjoy the 5% crit for PvP.

If you take the Archon variation of the PvE spec, substitute Searing Vitality in place of Dark Touch.
Pyromancer's Armor - gives a chance to proc an instant cast Cinder Burst.
Glyphs of Power - increases your damage by 10% while standing still, and your mana regeneration by 100%.
Flaring Intellect - Increases the Intelligence of the raid by 40.
Neddra's Strength - Increases Endurance of an ally (or yourself) by 40.
1. Smash your macro.
2. Cast Cinder Burst whenever it procs (ensure your 10% damage proc from Flame Bolt and Internalize Charge are up for a damage boost).
3. Cast Fulminate when you have full charge.
4. After using Fulminate, cast Heat Wave to reset the cooldown of Fulminate.
5. Cast Fireball only (do not spam macro) when you are running Heat Wave, except when you get a Cinder Burst proc.
6. When you build full charge again, cast another Fulminate.
7. Once Heat Wave is worn off, rebuild your charge smashing your macro, and use Internalize Charge while Fulminate is on cooldown.
9. Cast Inferno when it is available.
1. Cast Flame Bolt for the 10% fire damage proc.
2. Cast Lockdown.
3. Cast Fire Storm.
4. Use Internalize Charge when you have full charge.
5. Repeat till stuff is dead.
Flicker - frees you from any control or movement impariing affects, then teleports you 15 meters in the direction you are facing.
Burning Bonds - root spell. Will not break with damage due to a skill tree ability.
Sacrifice Life: Mana - Instant, in combat mana tap. As per the title of the spell, you will sacrifice some life however.
Reconstruct - uses charge to gain health.
Break Free - frees you from any control or movement impariing affects.
Flame Jet - frontal cone damage spell with a chance at knockback.

Avoid putting Inferno above anything in a Macro.
It makes a server call every time you try to cast it to check the status of the Mobs health. This causes a .2-.5 second lag on the macro (depending on latency).

How does the DPS of this build compare to the vanilla 36/30 pyrolock and the defilemancer?
It can be very handy with Nyx's Pyromancer crystal,so u need 4 pieces of hk vendor gear.It does burst dps very quickly!!! But i have a question,have u tried to change armors in fight?Example use Fire Armor when u spam fireball when HW is on and change to Pyromancer Armor after HW goes away or use Fire Armor when you are about to unleash Fulminate?Might sound a bit complicated but it has stuck as an idea in my mind and just wanted to share.
I could see the use of the Fire Armor during Heat Wave. However Fulminate can usually proc a Cinder Burst if I have Pyromancer's Armor on, and the Fireball spam during Heat Wave will usually proc a Cinder Burst. It's something I will have to test.
The best situation is to cast Cinder Burst on an Opportunity proc, which procs Cinder Burst off Pyromancer's Armor, which fills your charge for a Fulminate, which procs another Cinder Burst, Heat Wave and Fireball till another Fulminate (with another Cinder Burst proc in there somewhere), Fulminate again, Cinder Burst proc again.

I've been enjoying more or less the same very much. Though using a 9 Ele / 6 Archon version. Picked up Ice Shield for an additional shield, plus Flowing Sand as well.
Macro'd all three shields together with cast @self and threw in a [notactive] IC to boost Inferno. Got most things on seperate buttons as well, but also got a Flame Bolt, Countdown, Fireball and SV macro and another one with Lockdown, Backdraft and Ignite. Watching when I use the last one though, as I don't wanna blow all the CC immunities too fast as Burning Bonds are very nice in a lot of situations as well. But it's all working out great atm.
