lvl 25 plus leveling spec suggestion

So, I have been healing instances for the most part for leveling and am trying to find a good casting leveling spec so I don't have to try and keep melee and ranged gear on me and swap it out all the time.

I was looking at one of the guides that said Inq/sent/cabalist but it looked and sounded more of a rain spec. not sure if it's anything worth using to level up.

What's a good ranged leveling spec to use? Macros? Rotation?

I'm surprised there aren't much on guides for this nor on the Rift website.

Purely for leveling you should find the Inquisicar is the right answer for ya!
Inquisitor (25)/Justicar (6)/Sentinel (0)

Buffs
Salvation
Cavalier
Spiritual Protection
Mien of Aggression

Single Target Rotation
Sanction Heretic
Vex
Bolt of Judgment
Bolt of Depravity (only on free procs once you get points in Life and Death Concord)
Use Aggressive Renewal to regenerate mana

AOE Rotation
Vex Everything
Soul Drain
At 31 add Circle of Oblivion
Use Breath of Life or Doctine of Bliss to heal youself between Soul Drain and reapplication of Vex, you will need to cast light spells to create convictions in order to use Bliss.

Ultimately you will end up with 51Inq 12Jus 3sent for purely grinding.
Justicar (12)/Inquisitor (51)/Sentinel (3)
Which uses the exact same rotations but changes some buffs.

Swap Mien of Honor for Mien of Aggression for AOE pulls where you need more healing
Swap Armor of Awakening for Armor of Treachery
add Shroud of Agony

You also gain Purpose for mana regen.

Is the Inquisicar still good for leveling? Can't see the build, cause it's out of date.
Or is there a "new" spec for leveling? I'm at level 31 now, and I can't decide what spec to use. I would like something with druid for the pets, but some range abilities, too.
